What is GYM?

Glory Youth Ministry (GYM) reaches out to our middle and senior high school students, ages 13 - 19.  Under the directorship of Ministers Willie "Pete"  and Elois Peterson It is ministry specifically for youth.

Discipleship Program - Youth Bible Study

In line with the vision of GCFI, this program reaches out to teens and equips them with tools for victoriously living life as a young Christian in today's society.  They also learn to develop a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and to share His good news with others.

Outreach & Special Events

Every year, GYM youth participate in international missions programs, outreach activiites, fun outings and social events designed to be a positive forum for youth to grow and Christ while establishing life-long connections and enjoying themselves.

Youth Drama

Acting, writing and producting workshops designed to provide a creative outlet for youth while developing their skills in the areas of the arts. Youth Drama Ministry is another venue for mentorship and spiritual growth for youth.

Scholarship Program

Provides academic scholarships for GYM youth each year who are going on to pursue a higher education

If you would like to become a volunteer and minister God's love to the young people at GCFI, Please contact the church office.  Parents, we believe according to Proverbs 22:6, that it is the parent's responsibility to be involved in the spiritual training of their children.  Though many of you are involved in such training in your home, we believe your home training will be enhanced by your involvement with your child in church as well.
