Alton Trimble, Pastor and Sister Judith Trimble, Assistant to the Pastor
Pastor Alton Trimble and his wife, Judith D. Trimble, founded Glory Christian Fellowship International (GCFI) in 1993. God gave them the vision of winning the lost, discipling the found and sending the discipled. Since then, they have remained committed to carrying out this vision.
Alton Trimble is a native of Los Angeles and has served the Los Angeles community for many years in the human services field. Responding to the leading of the Holy Spirit, he accepted the call of God to the ministry over 21 years ago. Pastor Trimble co-founded, and instructed at the Zoe Christian Fellowship Leadership Training Center for fifteen years and in 1984 was appointed assistant Pastor of Zoe Christian Fellowship, where he served for nine years. Pastor Trimble received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University of Los Angeles; Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and a Masters of Divinity both from Azusa Pacific University; and is completing his Doctorate of Ministry degree at Azusa Pacific University. In recognition of his achievements Pastor Trimble has been awarded many honors both publicly and privately.
Judith Trimble is a graduate of the University of Miami and has completed graduate work at California State University, Los Angeles and University of California, Los Angeles. Before entering full time professional ministry, Mrs. Trimble served as a Los Angeles Unified School District educator for over 26 years. She has conducted Christ-centered retreats, seminars, and conferences throughout the United States. Sister Trimble currently is the Superintendent of GCFI’s Christian Education Ministry for Children ages 0 to 12, leads the Church’s international Missions efforts, and is the director of GCFI's Bridges Community and Economic Development Corporation, a separate non profit community services organization.
Pastor Trimble and his lovely wife’s home is graced by two beautiful daughters.
